Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes, we are registered providers with all major Australian private health funds. We offer HICAPS claiming on the day of treatment, so your rebate is processed immediately and you pay only the gap. We can provide itemised treatment plans for pre-approval if your fund requires it.
What happens if I have dental anxiety?
Anxiety is common and we take it seriously. We offer extended appointments, noise-cancelling headphones, sedation options (from nitrous oxide to oral and IV sedation for complex cases), and a team trained in anxiety management. We'll proceed at whatever pace feels comfortable for you.
How long do porcelain veneers typically last?
With proper care, our handcrafted veneers typically last 15–25 years. We use high-strength feldspathic porcelain and lithium disilicate, bonded with proven adhesive protocols. We provide a 10-year warranty against fracture and offer maintenance programmes to maximise longevity.
Do you see patients for emergency care?
We reserve appointments daily for urgent cases. Existing patients can reach us via our dedicated after-hours line. New patients with genuine emergencies are accommodated when capacity allows. We prioritise pain relief, trauma management, and lost restoration replacement.
